The Ellough Park kart track has been recently extended, which will be a relief for those whose arms are aching from their last visit! In its previous guise the compact little venue was full of constant-radius corners that took their toll on those who were less than fit. On the plus side, the tarmac surface was one of the smoothest around and the team put on a good show as they are an enthusiastic bunch. Endurance racing, GP Sprints or arrive-and-drive are all catered for and the new conference suite will soon be up and running - worth the trip to Suffolk.

How to find the circuit:
From London take the A12 northward. Just outside Ipswich the road 'ends' at a roundabout. Either, turn right on to the A14 towards Felixstowe. After crossing the river look out for signs for the A12 to Lowestoft - take this turn off and follow the A12 north to Lowestoft. At a road junction with a large body of water on your right turn left on to the A145 towards Beccles. This road takes you into Beccles where you need to follow signs for Ellough Industrial Area. Just as you leave the Industrial area behind (along Benacre Road) you will come to a roundabout, turn right and follow the signs to the kart circuit.
Or, turn left on to the A14 and then take the A140 junction northwards to Nowrich. At Diss turn right on to the A143 towards Lowestoft. Follow this road for several miles, past a roundabout with a Macdonalds, past Beccles until finally you come to a roundabout signposted to Ellough Industrial (B1127). Turn right and follow this road straight to the track.
