For those in the North East looking for some exciting karting action on a split-level circuit within easy reach of the major towns look no further than F1Karting. The track is part of the F1K group who know a thing or two about putting on a good event and the go kart track is maintained to their usual high standards. Like their other two venues (Leicestershire and Heathrow) the track is on two levels with a 12 foot high second level and 150 foot bridge section, which gives an average lap time of around 35 seconds.
Catering can be provided and is up to the usual high standard that can be expected from the F1k Group and the track welcomes juniors from the age of 8, stag and hen parties, schools and social clubs as well as the regular enthusiast.

Arrive & Drive Race Sessions – 1 x 30 minute sessions £32.00 per driver
Open Super Grand Prix: 6 heats of 5 laps, 8 lap semi-final, 12 lap final, £35.00 per driver No minimum requirements
Iron Man: 10 minute qualifying, 50 minute race, £45.00 per driver. Minimum number 6 Mon - Fri, 12 at weekends
Supersprint 22: 5 minutes practice followed by a 22-mile race, £38.00. Minimum number 10 off peak Mon – Fri, 15 in evenings, 15 at weekends
Twin Sprint: 5 minutes of practice laps followed by two 11 mile races, that’s 80 laps, £38.00 per driver.
Mini GP: Min 12 drivers, 5-minutes practice, 3 heats of 6-laps, 10-lap final, £30.00
Exclusive Super Prix: 6 heats of 6 laps, 15 lap final, £40.00 per driver. Minimum number 15 Mon – Fri, 25 at weekends
Exclusive Grand Prix: 4 heats of 5 laps, 10 lap final, £35.00 per driver. Minimum number 21 Mon - Fri, 30 at weekends
Team events
Exclusive 50-min endurance: 2 drivers per team, £65.00 per team. Minimum number 5 teams Mon – Fri, 9 teams at weekends
Exclusive 90-min endurance: 2 - 4 drivers per team, £115.00 per team. Minimum number 5 teams Mon – Fri, 8 teams at weekends
Exclusive 135-min endurance: 4 - 6 drivers per team, £160.00 per team. Minimum number 5 teams Mon – Fri, 7 teams at weekends
Open 2hr 30min endurance: 4 - 6 drivers per team, £42.00 per driver No minimum requirements.
Juniors
