JDR Karting is approximately 300m long with an average lap time of 24 seconds featuring three very exciting High-Speed Banking corners. Its unique tarmac surface provides an ultra-smooth ride for the drivers and lends itself to some very challenging racing. There is excellent viewing provided by two purpose built multi-level viewing platforms, which contain a series of vending machines providing sweets, crisps, confectionary, hot & cold drinks and also games machines to keep all ages entertained. There is computerised lap timing that allows drivers to view their lap times, overall positions and when they are racing next and the track complies with all NKA requirements.

Arrive-and-drive
Drivers must be at least 12 years old and 5ft (1.5m) tall or over.
Prices: £18 for 20 minutes, £25 for 30 minutes, £30 for 45 minutes and £35 for one hour
Double-Header
5 laps practice, three 10-lap heats and a 10-lap final, cost: £30.00
6 laps practice, four 10-lap heats and a 10-lap final, cost: £35.00
10 laps practice, five 10-lap heats and a 10-lap final, cost: £40.00
Mini Endurance for 6 – 12 drivers
6-laps practice followed by 60-lap race, cost: £25.00
10-laps practice followed by 120-lap race, cost: £35.00
Sprint Events for groups of 14 – 70 drivers
Practice, Qualifying Heats, Semi-Finals and Grand Final
Mini Prix – 5 lap practice, 4 x 5-lap heats, 5-lap semi-final, Top 6 drivers for 8-lap final: Cost £30.00
Grand Prix – 5 lap practice, 6 x 5-lap heats, 6-lap semi-final, Top 6 drivers for 8-lap final. Cost: £35.00
Super Prix – 10 lap practice, 6 x 6-lap heats, 8-lap semi-final, Top 6 drivers for 10-lap final. Cost: £40.00
Endurance Events for groups of 6 – 10 teams
90-minute race + 20-minute practice cost: £110
120-minute race + 20-minute practice cost £140
150-minute race + 20-minute practice cost £160
Teams should consist of between 2-5 drivers per team.
Juniors
The junior circuit is ideal for 4-12 year olds. There are two types of kart to suit different age groups. All junior karts have a protective cage, adjustable seats and seat belts.
Racing Rascals
The Racing Rascals electric karts for 4yrs-7yrs of age. Track runs 4 karts together and distributes the time evenly throughout the party.
£8.00 for 15-minutes, £10.00 for 20-minutes
Party rates:
£65.00 (up to 12 children) for 40-minutes, £85.00 (up to 16 children) for 1-hour, £115.00 (20 kids maximum)
Cadet Karts
The electric karts for 7 - 12yr olds and feature adjustable speed limits that can be set according to the ability of the drivers. Track runs 3 karts together and distributes the time evenly throughout the party.
£10.00 for 15-minutes, £15.00 for 25-minutes
Party rates:
£115.00 (up to 12 children) for 60-minutes, £160.00 (up to 15 children) for 90-minutes

How to find the circuit:
From the M5 junction 11 follow signs for Gloucester Historic Docks. Go past the docks and we are on the main road just past Burger King. Take the next turn right into Madleaze Industrial Estate and follow signs for JDR Karting car park.
