Adding in catering, photography, off-road driving, 4x4 driving or Formula 1 simulators really makes a day of it as well as giving your staff a very different team building exercise! Our event management team will look after everything - the track and staff hire, marquee hire and erecting, catering, photography and video presentation - in fact everything you need to make your day perfect.

Our Experience

For many years the Swiss company ABB used our organisation to host its annual endurance karting competition. Peugeot Cars GB contracted us to arrange a multi-venue competition for its Master Technicians, and John Lewis has also used our expert advice to run a hugely successful karting event at Whilton Mill as have clients such as Mitsubishi, Renault UK, MCab, Surfkitchen, Bowmer & Kirkland, Pfizer, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Corus Group, Geberit and Hyundai to name but a few.

We have also been involved in the set up of countless other smaller events for individuals as well as larger organisations and our in-depth knowledge and organisational skills are trusted throughout the karting industry.

It is surprisingly inexpensive to take part, especially when you consider the specialised nature of the operation and the organisational know-how that is involved. These days are suitable even for the novice karter and - of course - everyone is welcome!
